- CAD/CAM Design Review: Ensure proper occlusion, anatomy, and fit before milling.
- 3D Printing & Milling Validation: Calibrate & maintain machines for precise output.
- Layering & Staining Quality Check: Apply ceramics evenly for consistent color and translucency.
- Thermal Processing Control: Maintain strict temperature settings in sintering and pressing to prevent defects.
Final Quality Inspection & Fit Testing
- Marginal Integrity & Fit: Check under a microscope or digital scanner for perfect adaptation.
- Shade & Aesthetic Consistency: Match the shade guide under proper lighting.
- Surface Polish & Contamination Control: Ensure a smooth finish and sterilization before delivery.

Sterilization & Packaging
