From the first scan to the tracking number in your inbox, here’s exactly how a case moves through NAB Dental Lab when you work with us.
Step 01
Case Scheduling & Live Collaboration
- Doctor informs the lab of the patient appointment time in advance.
- A dedicated technician is scheduled and available during that time.
- Immediate scan review is performed once received.
- Direct discussion between doctor and lab while patient waits (10–15 minutes).
- Clinical aspects discussed: preparation space, occlusion, margins, smile line, and facial proportions.
Step 02
OptionalPreparation or Mock-Up Planning
- Doctor may proceed with preparation immediately if preferred.
- Alternatively, a digital mock-up can be created for aesthetic case planning.
- This supports patient visualization and improves case acceptance.
Step 03
Digital Smile Design
- Detailed digital design created based on patient shape preferences.
- Doctor’s clinical input integrated into the design.
- Tooth proportions and facial harmony carefully evaluated.
- Design shared for review and approval before production.
Step 04
OptionalMock-Up Try-In & Patient Feedback
- Mock-up fabricated based on approved digital design (when required).
- Intraoral try-in performed by the doctor.
- New scan taken with the mock-up in place.
- Joint review between doctor and lab.
- Patient feedback on shape, length, contours, and smile dynamics incorporated.
- Adjustments made digitally if necessary before final approval.
Step 05
Final Production
- Production time: 5–7 working days.
- High-precision digital fabrication process.
- Professional case images shared before finalization for confirmation.
Step 06
Final Approval & Shipping
- Final images sent to doctor for approval.
- Case carefully packaged upon confirmation.
- Shipping within 1–2 days.
- Tracking number provided immediately.
